Sunrise Health Center COVID-19 Statement                 At Sunrise Health Center, we are dedicated to preventative healthcare. During this                     time, we are taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of the 2019 Novel                     Coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as any and all other communicable diseases. Our                     primary concern is the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. In addition to                     our existing high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and sanitation of our office,                     we have now implemented the following enhanced procedures and protocols:   All patients will be screened at the front desk. This will include questions regarding recent travel, temperature, cough, and other symptoms.   All staff will be monitored, including having temperatures taken at the beginning of the work day, before interaction with any patients.   Access to hand sanitizer in all common areas of the office, including the waiting room, restroom, and all exam/ treatment rooms. All contact surfaces of the office are regularly and thoroughly cleaned/sanitzed throughout the day. All treatment tables are sanitized between each patient. Nightly disinfection of all patient areas throughout the office, including staff offices, break room, restrooms, and front desk area.   Any staff or patient with fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms are kept out of the office and advised to stay home and contact their primary care physician immediately. Ongoing education of our staff of proper protocols to reduce risk of infection and transmission.                   We will continue to monitor this situation closely and will reassess our response as                     deemed necessary.
